Our 4-year-old son really enjoyed listening to the story of Sam the snail. Although some of the exercises were still a bit challenging for him, we did see a wonderful result: after the story, he was able to name several things he couldn't put into words before. Now he can say 'it tickles in my tummy' when he feels something. A lovely first step in learning to recognize and name his feelings!
