The ADHD connection space
About
Welcome to The ADHD Connection Space.
If you’re here, chances are ADHD has been part of your story: personally, in your relationship, or in your family. And you’re not looking for more labels or shame. You’re looking for clarity, language for what’s been happening, and tools that actually fit a neurodiverse brain.
This space is for recognition and education, with a warm therapeutic lens. We’ll talk about things like: why “small” tasks can feel huge, how overwhelm builds, what emotional disconnection can look like in ADHD-impacted relationships, and how to create more safety, structure, and connection, without trying to “fix” who you are.
A few ground rules to keep this space safe: Be kind. Assume good intent. No diagnosing others. Share from your own experience. And if something feels tender, you’re always allowed to take what helps and leave the rest.
If you’d like to introduce yourself, you can start with one sentence: What’s the hardest part of ADHD for you right now: focus, emotions, relationships, or self-trust?
You’re very welcome here.
